GSN's New Development Includes Horror Game Show; Two App-Themed Series

Horror filmmaker Jason Blum (Paranormal Activity, The Purge) is getting into the game show business. Blum is behind Hellevator, a scary competition series in development at GSN. Hellevator is one of several projects in the works as GSN looks to ramp up its development for 2015. The show follows contestants as they enter a scary warehouse via a creepy elevator. The players will then compete in spooky and exhausting challenges until just one is left. Blum is executive producing with Jay Peterson and Todd Lubin for Lionsgate TV and Matador.
