High school graduate Isaiah coasts on basketball and video games. A year later, jobless and adrift, he faces his single mom's ultimatum to get a life or get out. Landing a job at Moore Fitness, Isaiah finds a mentor in the gym's owner. With his mom's prayers and tough love, Isaiah confronts his past, learns responsibility, and discovers God's possible plan for his future.
